Relax with loved ones in this adorable 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, fully renovated cottage on 75’ feet of private Conesus Lake shoreline. Enjoy the gorgeous Western sunsets from the East shore. Updates within the last year include all new windows, siding, cabinets, floors, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, doors, Smart 4k TV, Trex deck, bathroom, pergola, stamped concrete and a tankless hot water heater. The cottage also comes with access to a new aluminum dock with swim ladder and the use of a new kayak.
The master bedroom has a brand new king sized mattress, the 2nd bedroom has two brand new twin mattresses. Couch has a pull out full mattress as well.
We’ll never allow pets or smoking to ensure a clean, allergy free environment. Guests are limited to a maximum of 6 people overnight and no more than 3 cars at a time.
